Tds Broadband Service - Terrible website - can't manage account - does not work with Firefox
Constantly get caught in digital *** with TDS because I can't log in to the website, or after finally figuring out that they changed the rules (no capital letters in username), then the site doesn't acept existing password.
Finally get all that crap sorted out, and get signed in. Click on 'Manage my account' - should be simple, corect? No, I get redirected to blank pages that just lock up, and if you try and reload, you get a 'page timed out' error.
This is 2018, people!! This should be extremely easy and convenient! It's digital customer relations 101!
Anyway - we have simple service (60 Mbps internet access only), and that works well. But since I can't even simply manage my account via the 'net, I will not do any other type of service with them (TV, phones)
